I recommend this book to any and every woman. It is an excellent resource to help women increase their knowledge of money and gain independence in their own financial lives.
The beginning of the book was too basic for me. Suze is easy to understand and even learned some useful things on home insurance.
I just had a child and I wanted to look into making sure my son is taken care of financially in case something happens. I have always liked Suze and she has helped me get my first home a while ago with her wisdom.
She explains the wills and trusts step by step. I also am looking into helping with tuition cost of college.
This book helped me with both. There are some good websites that she cites in her book.
Overall, a good book.
The book is timely, particularly after my personal 'crash' at the end of 2008. I will follow Suze's guidelines and plan, plan, plan. I'm not into 'stuff', so that's thankfully one area I don't have to address.
This is a wonderful book. There are great practical tips for the beginner with money or the veteran. This book also stresses a woman's empowerment in her life. I highly recommend this book for any female.
Lots of good stuff here, for the "newbie" and the seasoned money mistress. I am a confident woman when it comes to money and have read a lot on the subject.
I find that listening to them often helps keep me out of trouble. I am a fan of both Suze Orman and Dave Ramsey.
This book is helpful to females who want to be more in control and manage money with greater confidence. I love Suze for her female perspective and this took that to another level since the book is written especially for women.
All too often, we are overshadowed in the financial area by the men in our lives. I found it helpful with that background, so I'm sure somebody who is just getting into good financial management will find it helpful as well.
